Ben's Ears

I have a personal vendetta against Ben's ears. My poor boy just cannot catch a break. He is still battling an ear infection that he has had since early August. We went to the pediatrician yesterday and got a stronger prescription so lets hope that helps out.

The past week has been the worst. I think he has just had enough of the ears and to top it off, he has more teeth just waiting to pop through his gums. (Even his pediatrician said he feels sorry for him because there are several teeth ready) He has been so clingy I can never put him down at home and he just seems really irritated by his ears and mouth. Ugh....

I am optimistic that this new drug will work. He was in a much better mood this morning and even allowed me to put him odwn to play on the floor without crying. Hopefully he will be even happier when I get him today from school. At least I get to hang out with him for the next 3 days to make sure he is feeling ok and gets the necessary cuddles when he doesn't feel well.

The big weekend is here. Hunkering down at home and getting through the rest of our packing. We have SOOO much to do at this point I just hope we can get through it all. Packing up stuff, packing suitcases for the week we are transient and packing things to get us through some time in NC before our stuff arrives....Our stuff gets picked up Friday so we have no choice I suppose, but it still seems like an awful lot to do.
